The team is truly national in organisation and work style and advises collectively across most of Australia's high profile Energy and Resources deals including mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, negotiated and hostile acquisitions, corporate restructures, private equity, IPO's and outsourcings. The team also advises on international offshore ER matters and will offer you an unparalleled diversity and complexity of advice work.
