Metals Trading Associate recruitment
Interested candidates must possess excellent computer, interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must also have B.A or BS and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Individual will work directly with the PM in all aspects of managing the Metals Trading Book.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Monitoring trade flow and reconciling to broker on a daily basis
• Coordinate efforts with the operations team to resolve breaks
• Develop and maintail pl
• Monitor Physical Metals inventory
• Negotiate warehouse rates
• Negotiate Physical premium deals
• Identify, present, and document opportunities in Physical markets
• Monitor books when PM is out of the office
• Communicate with Brokers
Qualifications:
BA or BS from a 4 year college or university
Excellent computer skills, especially spreadsheet skills
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work autonomously in a team environment
