It will also retain current customers by contacting via telephone and selling relevant services. Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience * 3-5 yrs successful sales experience * Prior experience selling in a B2B environment Additional Requirements: * Prior inside sales experience preferred * Strong communication and customer relations skills * Demonstrate sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, excellent closing skills * Good mathematical ability * Well organized. Effective time activity mgt skills * Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure * Must be goal-oriented, must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas * Excellent PC skills -MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet * Ability to manage multiple tasks * Able to work independently as well as with a team * Excellent oral written communication skills Responsibilities: The Mgr of Inside accts National Rental will have responsibility non-assigned natl rental accts. They will be responsible for revenue, quota profit targets Primary functions of the position are: * Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue targets * Initiate sales calls to existing national rental customers * Sell the National rental product line and other services * Contact National Rental customers to sell Ryder services * Provide Rental leads * Grow Rental accounts and convert them to National Rental CDM accts * Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
