Support Wells performance and culture through effective Organizational Development (OD) strategies, processes and interventions that strengthen individual and organizational capabilities to execute strategic business objectives. Specific client group would be Supply Chain.
One on one consulting and coaching with Operations leadership on personal/employee/team development and performance improvement.
Management and leadership development for Operations.
Analysis and recommendations on addressing challenging/complex Operations performance issues, in consultation with HR, CI, etc.
Consulting and support on employee engagement.
Consulting/executing on change management for large-scale Operations initiatives.
Assist with thought leadership and execution on broader organizational issues (talent/succession planning, performance management, etc).
Ability to flex into non-operations areas if/as needed, as time permits.
Assist with delivery of leadership/professional skills classroom training.
Sourcing of vendors/solutions for non-technical training.
Lead and develop Sr. Training Specialist.
Characteristics:
Manufacturing experience highly desired.
Broad OD background (experiences/education).
Need a broad toolkit to assist/drive thought. leadership. (Change management, performance management, engagement) .
Need to be able to hit the ground running (need a high level of contribution sooner than later)
Need someone who can be a strong insight and development resource for Sr. Specialist position.
BS in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Human Resource Development; Masters preferred.
8-10 years relevant and progressive experience in training, development and organizational development disciplines with 2-3 years of increased leadership responsibilities.
