MI Analyst

My client is an Edinburgh based well known retail banking organisation who are known for their excellent career opportunities and employee development structure.

Working with the customer complaints team, your job will involve performing root cause analysis on data sources to identify the true cause of customer complaints that enter the bank via a variety of channels. Your MI outputs will support the improvement in service across the bank.

Previous experience in a complaint handling role within financial services is a necessity and you will be expected to demonstrate analytical ability at interview and throughout your CV.
