Job Description
Responsible for the day to day support of two Microsoft Great Plains systems. This includes development of new reports, screens, and process flows. This position is also responsible for daily support, triage and correction of customer issues. They will work with supervisor and project manager to insure timely completion of project stated deliverables. Will report to the System Analyst Supervisor.
Required/Must Have Skills
4+ years of technical application support experiences with Dynamics Great Plains (GP), v9 above REQUIRED
Experience working with GL, SOP, POP, INV, Project Accounting, Field Service is REQUIRED
Experience with Integration Manager, FRx
Experience with Report Writer, Modifier
SQL skills experience (SQL 2005 above) including SSIS
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and process technical information
Ability to adapt to new requirements and changing situations
Ability to exercise independent judgment required in setting
Preferred Skills
Reporting experience with SmartList Builder, SSRS, Crystal Reporting, BI360
Experience with ISVs including Pricing Software (Omni Price), EDI (vSync), Warehouse Management Software (Fascor) is a plus priorities of tasks among multiple assigned projects
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users, peers, managers and vendors
