Web & Online Content Manager recruitment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day management and updating of external and internal websites

• Works closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are supported and integrated on the external and internal websites

• Liaising with external web agency and internal IT department on ongoing development and enhancements to the sites including structure, navigation and content

• Maintains and manages dCRM, including the creation and updating of targeted marketing lists

• Primary contact for dCRM and assists with user queries and training sessions

• Maintenance of in house and external sales databases

• Ensures all aspects of the websites adhere to the brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look and user experience throughout

• Generates ideas to keep the content fresh and dynamic is essential

• Oversees and project manages the production and updating of engaging content (written, audio, video and social media)

• Uses Google analytics to track web traffic and interpret data to highlight effective and ineffective sections of website; recommendations to improve content should be made based on the analysis of this data

• Ownership of regional e-marketing strategy including microsites and email marketing including maintenance and development to ensure sites are accurate, updated to a timely manner and engaging to the viewer

• In conjunction with the marketing team, effectively implements online media campaigns by working with media agency and marketing

• Produces web statistics and reports when required

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• 5 years of relevant experience

• Educated to degree level

• Strong numeracy and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Very strong project management skills

• Knowledge of mutual fund/asset management industry (desirable)

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
