Middle Office Analyst – New Product and Change recruitment

-Produce and agree Operating Memorandums for all new BCFS funds and share classes.
-Complete and maintain new fund checklists, ensuring all parties are completing as per agreed time lines and storing down centrally on IRIS.
-Set up of new fund and share classes on internal BCFS systems, and co-ordinate Trading and IT involvement through to completion. Verify that fund static is correct against primary sources / documentation.
-Set up and coordination with relevant Administrators and Custodians.
-Ensure fund and instrument static is accurate and administrator and market data feeds are captured and verified in a timely fashion.
-Attend and represent MO in weekly fund launch meeting. Work with Sales, Structuring and Trading to agree on fund structures and time lines. Flag any concerns or non BAU processing to senior management in a timely fashion.
-Undertake operational gap and impact analysis of new structures and processes and suggest appropriate mitigants to these.
-Attend weekly Wealth change request meeting to review upcoming launch pipeline.
-Manage fund rationalisation, closure and mergers.
-Work closely with data management analyst providing requirements and coordinate roll out of fund static and system set up into the strategic vision.
-Produce/update procedures/checklists, and provide training for the wider middle office team to ensure new funds/products are delivered to them in a professional and controlled fashion.
-Manage new Administrator/Custodian take on, compiling detailed project plans with delivery time lines.
-Ensure status updates are reflected for senior management, and any roadblocks flagged.
-Continue to adapt and improve processes, operating models and IT capabilities to provide efficient and effective support to this rapidly expanding and changing business.
-Capture and provide appropriate fund launch KRI for senior management to include on weekly KRI packs.
