MIS Controls Associate - interest rate products
Major City Finance House seek a MIS Controls Associate to join their global reporting analytics team, delivering business line focused operations analysis and MIS,
Also assist in identifying and assessing operational risks and controls, documenting and reporting on incidents
This is a highly visible role as the candidate will interface with operations, senior management and global executives.
Requirements
SQL programming experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance would be ideal
Strong data analysis/quantitative/technical aptitude with ability to learn new metrics, processes and datasets·
Expert level ability in all MIS Office Tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, VBA, PowerPoint
Responsibilities: ·
Develop and provide management information to business/function management and global committees on a daily, monthly and ad-hoc basis; includes trade related activity; operational risks and internal control issues·
Manage internal control monitoring to assess the design and operational effectiveness·
Build relationships and interact with process and control owners to maintain current knowledge of the operations and business·
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers·
Collaborate with management and staff in the development and implementation of all projects and/or initiatives related to operational goals and/or process improvement directives.·
