Across Australia, a team of Mobile Bankers build and grow relationships with customers. Using industry-leading technology, Mobile Bankers provide customers with options on a range of lending products and other services available from the Bank that deliver a seamless banking experience for the future.
The Opportunity
You will sell home loans and other banking products and services to customers - at a time and place that's convenient for them. To deliver this you will travel frequently and spend plenty of time on the road, building referral sources and meeting with customers. You will manage the end-to-end home loan process for your customers, from initial contact through to settlement.

- You proactively grow the Mobile Banking portfolio by developing and maintaining internal and external referral sources through a variety of channels
- You are available to meet with your customers at a time and place convenient to them
- You build your personal brand and network in your local community
- You deliver exceptional customer service whilst reaching business development and sales targets
- You manage the end-to-end lending process seamlessly for your customers
What will help you succeed?
- Hunger, motivation and drive to succeed
- Track record of exceeding sales and business development targets and a desire to outperform your competition
- Knowledge of retail lending with the ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- The ability to establish and maintain effective and rewarding relationships
- Flexible, willing and customer focussed approach which drives your availability to your customers at a time and place that suits them
