Mobile Resource Co-ordinator

Looking for an individual to provide the administration support service and helpdesk interface within the Customer Service Centre, working as part of a busy helpdesk providing excellent service to internal and external clients within agreed service standards. To provide a high level of support, resource planning and integrate with the operational and managerial team.
Duties
· Provide excellent level of services within the helpdesk.
· Receive and process client requests for mobile support services.
· Operate SMH management information systems including processing PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
· Instruct and liaise with Technicians and subcontractors.
· Collate daily management information for resource planning and reporting.
· Review and promote effective utilisation of mobile resources.
· Review technician works progression and closure.
· Update daily tasks and event log on SMH business system.
· Effective interface with Chain supply.
· Provide helpdesk support on material requisitions.
· Support Operational Management on client interface matters.
· Effectively communicate with internal /external customers.
· Effectively update SMH systems for real-time reporting.
· Handle calls and complaints continuously providing excellent service to client.
· Operate a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system e.g. Concept/Evolution.
· Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are met.
Experience
· Previous helpdesk experience essential within a high volume dynamic mobile/facilities management environment;
· Experience of scheduling/planning workloads
· Good Excel skills
· Experience of a CAFM system
· Organisation/prioritisation skills essential
· An awareness of H,S,E legislation/requirements is desirable
· A good level of UK geographical knowledge would be beneficial
Desirable
· Qualification in Business Management
· Qualification in Facilities Management
· An awareness of Health Safety legislation
· A good level of UK geographical knowledge
· Previous scheduling/workload planning experience
