Job Description
Manage technical customers support activity. This includes remote and on customer site support. The main tasks are:
o Provide technical consultancy and guidance to customers during the system definition phase.
o Support technical design-in and lead customer projects.
o Provide technical product trainings to customers
o Prepare application notes and technical support materials
o Contribute to next generation product with customer feedback.
o Stay informed about competitive products and technologies
o Develop close relationship with the worldwide technical support network
Requirements
- Master Degree in Electrical or Software engineering.
- Proven experience in Embedded Secure Elements environments (secure OS, personalization, cryptography, applets ...) and implementation (UICC, hardware SE).
- Knowledge of GlobalPlatform and JavaCard specifications required
- Knowledge and experience with NFC technology desirable
- Hands-on with paiement applets
- Understanding of TSM solutions
- Excellent programming skills in C and C++ with experiences in embedded systems design development desired
- Familiarity and experience with Linux and/or Android operating systems
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Structured and analytical working method
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Team member with ability to progress in autonomy.
