JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR LEVEL PRIVATE BANKERS

Our client, a top ranked Monaco based private bank has delivered a mandate to hire a team head to help manage their UHNW (15 million+) client team within their Monaco headquarters. Having enjoyed a record period of dynamic growth across the business, our client wishes to expand their international network, catering to an increasingly widespread and diverse clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRIVATE BANKERS/RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS:

•        Management of Senior RMs

•        Marketing Strategy Development/Implentation

•        Acquisition of new clients

•        Maintenance of existing client relationships (relationship management)

•        Provision of investment solutions, products and support

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIVATE BANKERS/RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS:

Potential candidates should have an existing client portfolio of HNW/UHNW INDIVIDUALS already in place. Markets of particular interest in the current market are Middle East, CIS and Lat Am although MARKET SEGMENTATION WILL NOT BE IMPOSED.

Strong CRM skills, along with the ability to hunt and develop new business, is essential. Both individual and team applications will be considered. The group in question has an excellent reputation in the market place and is seeking to enhance its entrepeneurial environment to further expand their client reach with an extensive range of products and services.
