35 HOURS A WEEK (SHIFT BETWEEN MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 9PM, SATURDAY 9.30AM TO 1PM)
Our client is a high profile service responsible for advising vulnerable customers in financial difficulty having being established for over 25 years. This is an organisation that is nationally recognised for the service and advise they provide.
Due to the nature of their work this is an organisation which ensures customer service excellence is at the forefront of their organisation whilst adhering to strict procedures within that field.
Due to growth, our client is looking for multiple Money Advice Consultants to join its dynamic team. The role will entail taking inbound calls from vulnerable customers trying to gain an understanding of their financial situation and advise them on options available to them in order over come their debt issues.
That's why we need someone with excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to emphasis and understand the problems customers are facing. You must also possess excellent numerical and verbal reasoning skills. Due to the nature of the role you must have a non judgemental attitude and commit to equal opportunity policies.
