Money Laundering Reporting Officer

Full Job Description

As part of the Fiduciary Business you will take on the role of Jersey Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Supporting senior management and providing direction to your own team, to attain the companies compliance objectives. You will Investigate and establish the need for external disclosure of suspicious transaction reports, whilst managing the relationship with the Joint Financial Crimes Unit (JFCU) and Jersey Financial Services Authority (JFSC). The successful candidate must proactively support the Board in the maintenance of AML risk assessment, and be responsible for sanctions monitoring for Fiduciary in Jersey.

As the Jersey Money Laundering Reporting Officer you will have the following skills:
- JFSC Category A employee, holding a Table 4 qualification
- Understanding of collective investment schemes and fiduciary services
- Ability to clearly articulate Money Laundering implications and findings both to Compliance Colleagues and Business Heads. Including MI and an annual MLRO report.
