Position Description:
Morgan Stanley is looking for an ambitious candidate to join their IT Request for Data and Investigations group. The Request for Data group is responsible for managing incoming eDiscovery and Investigation requests for IT data (such as archived email, file searches and PC forensic) that relate to employee investigations, litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters, and ensuring that the requests are adequately formed, tracked, and responded to in an efficient and accurate manner. The Investigations group performs eDiscovery and forensic investigations, which involves retrieving and analyzing data from the Firm?s electronic systems (such as from the email archive, Internet proxy, Windows desktop and network file servers). This data is provided to parties internal and external to the Firm.
The role will include performing eDiscovery and forensics investigations, together with managing requests for IT data. Extensive interaction is required with colleagues both internal and external to IT including Legal, Corporate Security, Human Resources, Information Security, IT Security, Distributed Services, various Engineering teams, business and product management groups.

Skills Required:
? 3-5 years of working experience in the IT Security industry
? Strong technical skills and working experience with the Windows environment, and preferably within a large distributed organization
? Detail Orientated and Analytical, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Judgment and Integrity
? Comfortable with handling confidential information
? Strong spoken and written English

Skills Desired:
? Experience or understanding of IT Security, eDiscovery and PC Forensics
? Broad exposure to IT Infrastructure within the Financial Industry
? Technical experience in networking infrastructure, Linux/Unix systems
? Experience working in Asia regulatory, compliance and/or litigation group within the Financial Industry
? Experience in working with people in different regions and timezones
? Certification in computer forensics (EnCE / ACE) is an advantage
