After a comprehensive induction to our products and services, you’ll make a positive difference for customers; finding the right mortgage and insurance product for them and giving them the great service they deserve.
You’ll receive calls from a wide range of people across the UK, forging instant relationships and building rapport. Exploring and understanding their unique needs will help you to recommend the right products and service to help the customer achieve their goals.
In the process, you’ll achieve your own personal targets, helping us achieve our overall performance targets - and the better you do, the better your rewards – with up to 12% on target earnings (OTE) achievable.
You will need a background in finance or banking, and mortgage experience is essential.You will have a flair for working with numbers, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great customer service, matching customer needs to the right products and services.
