Mortgage Foreclosure Reviewer-Tampa, FL
Our client in the Tampa area are seeking Mortgage Foreclosure Reviewers who will be focusing on preparing and completing 1st reviews on mortgage files to validate fees/penalties, proper execution of loss mitigation procedures as required by all state and federal laws. The Mortgage Servicing Specialist will also review loans to ensure proper processes were followed on all foreclosed loans.
Requirements:
-3-5 years mortgage servicing experience (1 year specifically working with loans in foreclosure, bankruptcy or loss mitigation)
-Ability to review foreclosure files
-Computer Skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Web Navigation
-Alltel/MSP experience preferred
-High School Diploma or equivalent
