Mortgage Customer Service Coordinators

Nationwide mortgage processing firm securing positions in the title of Appraisal Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensure all necessary documents are enclosed within appraisal. Evaluate third party valuation/ risk tools to assist in determining supported value. Review, add and clear conditions related to collateral appraised value. Evaluate collateral related DISSCO Alert Flags and clear or document. Make outbound calls to Appraisers to resolve any issues accordingly. Compose addenda through vendor management for additional information or discrepancies. Communicate status with LPC, Underwriting, Sales and clients as needed. Prepare files for investor/agency audits. Quality minimums on a consistent basis. Meet daily goals. Perform other duties as needed / assigned. Candidate must be detail oriented and have strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and interact with associates and managers at all levels. Ability to think creatively and analytically is also required. Ability to analyze processing problems and procedures. Ability to maintain production worklogs and track incidents/progress. Must be able to work on and prioritize multiple projects while meeting established deadlines for work completion. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, handle multiple tasks and have a flexible attitude. Must be able to work with confidential data within company rules and restriction.
