Mortgage Operations Specialist - 2nd shift
Responsibilities include mortgage document recognition, indexing, and validating. This is a fast paced environment with high production and quality goals and highly repetitive in nature. Working hours: 3:30pm - midnight Successful candidates possess the following skills: --2 years working experience in the mortgage or finance industry --Higher education degree preferred but not required --Strong data entry skills (minimum 7500 ksph alpha and numeric) and high level of accuracy --High reading comprehension and memorization skills --Must be able to adapt to change in information/guidelines --Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on the computer for extended periods of time --Must be able to work in deadline driven and high production goal environment To qualify for this job you must poses at least 2 years of working experience and/or higher education. Reliable transportation is a must since the location is not on a direct bus route.
