One of Australia’s leading financial institutions is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Documentation Officer to join their growing and dynamic CBD based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your existing mortgage documentation skills in a role that will see you with varied responsibilities. Key duties will include; verifying/certifying documentation, loading instructions into docuprep, booking settlements, ordering and reviewing title searches, preparing new loan documentation and calculating and inputting all fees and changes (government stamp duty, registration costs, lender and legal fees).

You will have a working knowledge of Land Title and UCCC Regulations as well as a familiarity with checking valuation reports, contracts of sale and very importantly, have experience certifying and verifying documentation.

In return you will be given the opportunity to work for a market leader in this 12 Month contract that may see you take move into a permanent position.
