Mortgage Product Support Technician Job in Dallas 75219, Texas Us

Calyx Software, the leading provider of loan origination software to mortgage brokers and bankers, is growing! Our Dallas Support Services team is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable individual to work with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to implement and support a newly-created Calyx system. This position will be a key component to the success of the product itself and Calyx Software in general. 

The candidate of choice will have:

·             College degree or equivalent experience

·             An understanding of the mortgage banking process from loan creation to sale of the loan

·             An understanding of, and experience with, technology to include client/server computing, computer networks and the devices required to construct them.

·             Experience moving from one mortgage banking system of record to another would be extremely helpful

·             Experience with Calyx PointCentral is a plus

 

This technician will be responsible for:

·               Interacting with customers regarding their processes used to originate, close, fund, sell, and/or service mortgage home loans and helping them to configure software accordingly

·               Answering telephone calls and emails in support of issues that arise from technical malfunctions as well as configuration issues in the software

·               Working with customers to document feature requests and communicating those requests to software development
