We are in search of a Seller to work with strategic accounts. This role will report to the Vice President of Digital Media Sales and requires a highly personable, intelligent individual who will lead territory sales efforts. This role requires a combination of strategic planning and proactive solicitation to successfully sell customized digital media to existing and new potential clients and maximize revenue potential across all properties owned and operated by The Active Network, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, be proficient and knowledgeable with digital media industry. Your ability skillfully articulate Actives value proposition and new thinking to senior level personnel who make or influence advertising purchasing decisions at both brand and agency will define your success in this role.

You must have established relationships at brands and advertising agencies. Your objective is to sell new business to direct advertisers, agencies and web publishers as well as to manage existing key relationships. You are expected to be highly knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies. You will be supported by the client services infrastructure of a successful company. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, grow, and maintain a base of strategic digital media advertising clients
- Create and sell customized digital media advertising tailored to your clients objectives
- Plan, implement, and track daily/weekly/monthly sales activities with decision markers and influencers
- Hit Monthly and Quarterly Revenue Goals
- Demonstrate proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Work alongside Media Strategy, Business Development, Account Management team leaders to develop new and renewal business
- Execute against a formal strategic plan, and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities

Requirements:
- Existing client and agency relationships
- Minimum 4 years experience in Digital Media Advertising Sales
- Motivated by a base salary plus commission structure
- Excellent verbal, phone sales, written communications and listening skills
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
