Mortgage Underwriter Job in Louisville, Kentucky US
Growing Kentucky based mortgage lender offering Conventional, FHA, VA, RHS and KHC loans is seeking additional underwriters. Lender’s focus is purchase, retail originated transactions with multiple offices throughout the state. Our company is currently the #1 Rural Housing lender in Kentucky and we annually place high in Kentucky Housing’s list of top producers. It is preferred that applicants have at least five years of underwriting experience and that they are FHA DE and VA LAPP approved. Moderate to heavy computer experience is a plus as we have recently gone paperless. We are looking for applicants who have the ability to effectively make decisions in an independent manner and availability as a resource advisor for staff.
