We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our APAC Recruitment team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate phone contact with candidates.
- Arrange interviews for candidates with the Recruiter and Hiring Managers who may be based in various global offices and coordinate these logistical arrangements for candidates.
- Receiving candidates for in person interviews and sending off candidates thereafter.
- Putting up accurate job descriptions on Taleo which is linked to the careers website; consistent error-free formatting of candidate CVs for internal usage.
- Assist with data management in the Taleo tracking system.
- Generation of weekly meeting reports for the team and Recruitment Leader’s reference.
- General administration and logistical support to the Recruitment Leader.
- Able to work with HR Generalist and other internal parties on recruitment related administration and operation tasks.
- High volume of daily routine paper work will be expected.
- Attend global conference call in the evening on project basis.
- Maintain a professional image with clients, external recruitment agencies and universities in tandem with the Recruiter and Recruitment Leader.
Desired experience and qualification:
- University Graduate with a Bachelors degree in a related field, with a good understanding of the HR Recruitment function.
- Ideally 1 year recruitment coordination experience, ideally gained from an on-site banking or financial services environment. Fresh graduates with relevant intern experience are welcome.
- Multi-tasking ability in a fast paced and dynamic organization, with a willingness to share and learn.
- Enjoy interacting with people and with a passion to work in a people-oriented, service-based delivery.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Mandarin will be an asset.
- Pleasant, hard working, patient, proactive and responsible.
- Detailed and process oriented.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
