Specific Job Description This position is in the Missile Component of the THAAD Program. The employee will provide support to the control account managers (CAMs) related to cost and schedule performance evaluation and forecasting; analysis of cost trends and variances, as well as causes and corrective actions associated with late milestones; analysis and forecasting of expenditures and funding; support of the program Cost Performance Report (CPR) submittal; and coordination support to program change proposals and Estimates-to-Complete (ETC). Employee will learn, operate and maintain business management tools and systems. In addition the employee may be asked to support the proposal effort of new business to include; BOE writing, subcontract proposal reviews, fact finding with subcontractors, and other proposal support as required. Standard Job Description Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions. Compiles and reviews budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration. Performs multiple financial cost analyses functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs and preparing reports that maintain the company's cost accounting system. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income.
