Parsons Corporation has an immediate opening for a Learning Management System (LMS) Support Specialist to support the Office of the Provost at the National Intelligence University/Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The primary function is to directly support the Learning Content Manager in developing/maintaining materials to support the office's mission, particularly the Registrar's web page on DIA's LMS. Work closely with the client to develop guidance and staff support materials (technical guides, job aids, briefs, etc.) Load and test eLearning products on the LMS test server. When errors or issues are discovered, work with content developers to resolve the problem. Work closely with client staff and content developers to ensure products comply with applicable guidance and regulations (SCORM, Section 508, DIA Style Guides and Content Integration Guides, etc.) The LMS Support Specialist must be able work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Presents or co-presents at workshops and staff training events as needed Qualifications - 5+ years - Proficiency in HTML/JavaScript/PhotoShop/Flash - Familiarity with US Intelligence system - TS/SCI access required, better if issued by DIA.
