Murex – Business Analyst / Project Manager recruitment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and translate business requirements for Murex solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure business requirements are met.
- Liaise with respective Murex business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution configuration.
- Coordinate and execute secondary research, data collection and market/competitor analysis
- Develop and present solutions and recommendations
- Perform analysis and business case development, applying new conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
- Be an active participant within a community that provides thought leadership, project support artifacts and analytical concepts for use within the practice
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS degree in related field preferred
- Significant business analysis and configuration experience with Murex
- Solid understanding of the business concepts and capabilities of the Murex package to suggest multiple approaches to the configuration and enhancements of the product
- Ability to create business processes, functional designs and requirements for a Murex implementation or upgrade
- Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions
- Significant experience in process improvement, comparative analysis and change management projects using formalized tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of and ability to create financial models and business cases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Significant experience managing time, establishing priorities and meeting goals
