Reporting to the Head, Global Markets Technology, you will analyse and translate business requirements into functional design specifications, the impact of change, communication with business users and stakeholders. This role is to bring a large breadth and depth of MX knowledge to the project, enabling us to Analyse, Design Build to best practice.
Key tasks and activities will comprise multiple End-of-Day, better controlled EOD, best use of Datamart, in-depth MX3 experience, 2.113.1 Migration and Equities. You will be accountable for the strategic direction and architecture of IT capabilities within Global Markets Technology segments. You will support the business to implement business initiatives and identify opportunities and risks in the IT Architecture portfolio with commercial impact on ANZ.
To deliver best business outcomes, you will identify sourcing strategies for the Architecture profession which improve the cost/value profile of Architecture services and support the business project strategy. As part of customer service skills, you will ensure all activities and plans are developed and implemented with the customer in mind.
Qualifications:
The appointee will have prior experience in Finance Market operations, a large breadth and depth of MX knowledge to the project and experience in Equities/Global Markets projects. Prior experience in multiple End-of-Day, better controlled EOD, best use of Datamart and experience in SDLC process and ability to analyse and translate business requirement in functional specifications will prove beneficial. Tertiary qualification in business IT or related field will be preferred. A keen eye for detail, good communication, written and presentation skills and good negotiation skills will be mandatory.
