Position will require extensive train travel
£8.00 per hour
Monday to Sunday
35 hours a week – travel can be anywhere between 8am to 8pm
4-6 week role
Our client is a major provider of transportation for customers across the country.
This is a business that is notoriously renowned for its high levels of customer service and process driven approach. It is a leading competitor within the industry and is at the forefront of innovation within transport.
In an industry very heavily focused on customer service provided to its customers, our client is looking for a number of mystery shoppers to travel on their lines assessing levels of customer service received on onboard shops.
The role will entail extensive travel, assessing level of customer service whilst remaining discreet.
That’s why we need someone that is professional with a good attention to detail in order to identify high or low levels of customer service. Ideally someone with some form of customer service experience that is flexible and reliable. The role will entail report writing after each journey so a good level of grammar and verbal reasoning is essential.
Successful candidates will be provided with an agenda for each day and travel tickets. Immediate start.
Graduates will be considered.
