The National Accounts OEM Specialist will be based in Nashville, TN and operate out of the Nissan HQ offices.
The National Acccounts OEM Specialist is responsible for supporting both Nissan and Infiniti Sales and Marketing efforts across ATG platform. They will collaborate and coordinate directly with key personnel on-site to identify business opportunities, proactively address their needs and utilize internal resources and capabilities to further the relationship between the client and AutoTrader’s group of business units.
Key activities of the National Accounts OEM Specialist include the coordination of resources within the AutoTrader Group business units and various departments to provide information, insights and data to the client, client management, the education of AutoTrader’s suite of products and solutions and the coordination of data to generate insights and analysis to help further Nissan and Infiniti’s business objectives, marketing and products. They act as the primary client advocate and subject matter expert within Auto Trader to harness assets and resources for the client.
· Serve on-site at Nissan as the primary contact and representing AutoTrader to assist with advancing sales and marketing efforts
· Provides analysis on specific client objectives
· Create various ad-hoc reports to support client’s needs
· Proactively meet with onsite client teams; work on special projects, ad hoc requests and provide knowledge of the site, AutoTrader products and solutions and the industry; educate create awareness within the Nissan staff
· Collaborate, coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams at Nissan and AutoTrader to:
- Identify and meet business, resource and informational needs
- Coordinate national and regional training activities in partnership and collaboration with key AutoTrader resources (e.g. Training, Industry Relations and Product departments).
- Implement, measure and manage recommendations and identified projects
- Advance partner program development (CPO); prepare and deliver monthly CPO program activity reports
· Produce client focused presentations and site reviews for delivery in person or remotely
· Respond to and address client needs
- Propose solutions
- Partner and collaborate with ATG departments and business unites to generate ideas and solutions that address the client’s needs
- Manage the implementation of solutions
· Support Pidget solution and ensure optimal system performance by dealers and Nissan/Infiniti client. Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancements to the current Pidget solution
· Supports new product development by providing feedback to Product Managers regarding client needs, market dynamics, and competitive assessments
· Coordinate and manage internal AutoTrader relationships and systems
· 4 year degree or HS Diploma/GED Equivalent with equivalent work experience is required
- 4+ years of experience in strategic account management with at least 3 years of strategic online account management or media experience required
- Digital media, agency and/or automotive industry experience is strongly preferred
- Proven background in sales and/or sales support with a customer focus is required
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing, advertising, and advertising inventory capacity
- Demonstrated advanced working knowledge and experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel required; Atlas, Dart and third party reporting strongly preferred
- Proven experience and ability to coordinate and manage several high priority projects and/or campaigns in a deadline driven environment
- Proven experience working with customer groups to analyze data and problems and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Demonstrated advanced communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) at all levels
- Proven experience working within cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, be team orientation and dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations
