This role heads a team of specialised transaction managers, who work in partnership with Specialised Lending Originators, to ensure all structured lending facilities are on-boarded, executed and managed on a day to day basis in line with policy and procedure and legislative requirements.This role also provides leadership and guidance to TM Managers to ensure operations are well managed and meet business and customer requirements. It also engages senior originators and stakeholders (eg.Legal, Finance, Tax and relationship Management etc) to ensure a holistic and customised approach to end to end complex facility management.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Management experience handling a team in an operational environment, or similar role
• Work experience in a Transactional role within any financial services industry
• Structured Lending experience
• Documentation knowledge
• Experience in a Securities role and experience as National Manager for a Lending environment
• Client relationship management skills
