Our client is a leading Asset Finance organisation with national coverage, innovative products and services and a highly recognisable brand. As part of a broader initiative, they are seeking to grow their Direct business.
In this newly created role, you will have a mandate to lead and grow a national Leasing business targeting Corporate, Government and Multinational clients. With responsibility for leading and developing a team of Sales Managers, specific accountabilities will include the following:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy including client segmentation, market and industry analysis and sales forecasting
- Grow and lead a team to deliver strategic and tactical sales plans
- Source and manage relationships with other financiers and banks
- Formulate and drive operational business and marketing plans
- Leverage client networks to identify and promote deeper relationship with direct clients
- Identify cross sell opportunities
Expressions of interest are sought from experienced Asset Finance professionals with proven experience in growing an asset finance/equipment finance business, in the corporate/institutional space. Outstanding sales leadership and stakeholder management abilities coupled with deep product knowledge of operating leases will be critical to your success.
