National Sales Manager Job in Toronto/Gta, Ontario Canada
The People Bank Mississauga is currently looking for a dynamic, driven, and entrepreneurial sales leader for our client in the business to business sales environment. Our client is looking for a driven National Sales Manager who enjoys working in the trenches with their team.

Responsibilities:
- Through effective leadership of the national sales force ensure that monthly sales targets are met
- Lead discussions and strategy adjustments regarding sales practices and business plans
- Ensure that profitable business relationships are created and existing business relationships are further developed
- Maximize sales through the optimization of sales and marketing strategies
- On a monthly basis evaluate and analyze industry, new technology, competitors strategy, and market reporting
- Maintains an up to date knowledge of both internal and competitor pricing and equipment and able to act as an industry resource to the sales force
Qualifications:
- Experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.
- Bachelors degree or higher education completed
- 6+ years of experience in technology products
- 3+ years of experience leading a successful sales team
- Demonstrated business to business sales success
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Exemplary communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Extensive experience managing internal and external relationships at all levels
- Strong project management skills
