Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial control, from long term strategic planning, to forecasting and budgeting across a range of portfolio assets
- Liaise with and manage third party fund administrators
- Support partners in current fundraising project and ongoing reporting and investor relations
Skills we’re looking for
- Credible, confident communication skills with colleagues and 3rd parties, including fund investors
- Recognised professional / accounting qualification
- Previous professional experience of working in a private equity environment and fund structure
- Strong understanding of real estate and NPL market
- Based in, or prepared to relocate to Frankfurt
- Native German; fluent English
