Helpdesk Analysts 1st / 2nd line Job in Tamworth, Midlands Uk

My client are a leading IT Solutions company based in the West Midlands and due to expansion they require a Helpdesk Analysts 1st / 2nd line. Theyare seeking bright, enthusiastic individuals with an excellent telephone manner and strong ‘customer care’ skills.

Working as part of their National Support Team in West Midlands, your day to day duties will consist of logging new calls, providing telephone support, monitoring SLA’s and carrying out remote network administration as well as the resolution of a variety of 1st and 2nd line fixes. You will need knowledge of Microsoft Network basics and Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel: MCP or MCTS qualifications would be of additional benefit.

You should be educated to HND / Degree level in a relevant subject and have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
