NEA Lead of Solution Delivery – Transaction Banking recruitment

ConnectedGroup is mandated by a global bank to source a China Lead of Solution Delivery. The position holder manages a small team of 3 - 5 Channel Managers.  Together, this team is responsible for the support of electronic channel agenda and for channel solution crafting in a Transaction Banking client proposition.

The job holder is expected to lead the team to develop, execute and manage the electronic channel of the Transaction Banking businesses (cash, trade and security services)

In the areas of,

• HK specific requirement gathering, prioritisation and promotion

• commercialisation of channel capabilities rolled out by Group

• creating execution plans to achieve channel related KPIs

• aligning and influencing the regulatory requirements in electronic banking

• speaking at Thought Leadership and client events on channels

• writing literature to compete in external awards working closely with marketing

• advice formulating the channel component of a client solution in a Sales pitch or responding to RFP

You will be involved with engagement of internal stakeholders across the network, including Sales, Operation, Client Service, Technology, Audit, Legal Compliance and Solution Delivery on-boarding teams.  Externally, facing off the regulators (e.g. HKMA) in explaining the SCB channel plans, security and system capabilities.  Activities cover typically customising sales materials, channel programme, user acceptance tests, conducting Sales/client training/seminars, regulatory reporting and approvals.
