The Judge Group has an immediate need for a .NET Application Developer. LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA DURATION: 6+ months bull; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Application Development required. bull; BS degree, preferably in technical field, or other education (i.e. technical certifications). Equivalent work experience may be considered. bull; Mastery of basic and routine tasks bull; Able to work and produce results independently Define and establish policy procedures, guidelines, and technology standards; assess and refine aligned with future direction bull; Demonstrated SME knowledge in some areas, able to identify and institute improvements in procedures and methods bull; Produce consistent continued positive trends in results and overall performance bull; Proactively identifies, analyzes and recommends improvements in procedures and methods with internal clients on broader range of systems/technology areas bull; Increase in technical expertise ability across most widely applicable systems/technology areas; remain current for these and with organization systems modifications bull; Demonstrate capability to adapt and learn through results bull; Broad technical knowledge, skills experience bull; Consistently applies processes and policy and/or exercise discretion bull; Remain current with systems/technology. Sound forward thinking; anticipates and assists in driving change in planned direction bull; Good working knowledge of the organization business processes; evidence of strong positive internal network of relationships information Able to effectively apply and work with formal SDLC methods within an enterprise environment
