.NET Developer / Technical Consultant

Based: Cambridge, Cambs, East Anglia
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced .NET Developer (ASP.NET and/or C#) with client facing experience (or a Developer with excellent interpersonal skills who is capable and keen on pursuing a career in a client facing / consultancy capacity). You will be joining an established professional services team within a global software company with a reputation internationally as an employer of choice. Working on a variety of international projects ranging from small bespoke product development to full scale enterprise systems involving integration of core products and a wide variety of third party applications and frameworks.
Candidate Profile
· Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics or related subject
· Commercial experience developing .NET Web Applications (ASP.NET and/or C#)
· Experience of Oracle and/or SQL Server
· Client facing or capable of moving into a consultancy role
· Able to translate client requirements into prototypes, functional specification, detailed design through to implementation
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Desirable Skills: Java, J2EE, JavaScript, ExtJS, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, Additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish)
