Real Estate Manager (6-12 month Contractor role) Job in Boca Raton 33487, Florida Us
CSL Plasma is seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate portfolio management and site selection experience, as well as a minimum of 2 years commercial real estate property management. Current/previously licensed commercial real estate agent or broker preferred.
The Real Estate Manager will:
Participate in site selection meetings, conduct analysis, attend site surveys (if needed)
Coordinate activities for candidate sites – AE site surveys, test fits, local zoning checks, landlord RFPs
Develop CEPs and obtain approval
Work with broker (Equis) to negotiate landlord proposals
Work with real estate attorneys to negotiate leases
Address landlord issues during permitting/construction
Transition lease admin/property management to property administrator
Support property administrator in day-to-day real estate matters for current sites (e.g. property issues, recurring payments, annual rent/tax changes, budgets/forecasts, Finance department requests, etc)
Work with broker (Equis) to negotiate lease extensions / relocation site leases per approved strategies
Work with real estate attorneys to amend leases for extensions / develop new leases for relocations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities or Real Estate Management.
