Network Administration / Desktop Support – San Francisco

We are a small consulting business looking for an enthusiastic, self-directed individual with a can-do attitude and a willingness to grow within company. We are seeking a technically minded individual who is an independent, creative, problem solver.
Responsibilities:
· Remote and onsite client support of PC and Mac network environments.
· Install and manage Windows, Exchange, Apple.
· Setup and manage LAN/WAN/wireless infrastructure.
· Maintain, manage and troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related equipment in Mac and PC environments using RMM tools.
· Plan, purchase, and maintain hardware and software.
Skills:
· Outstanding customer service orientation
· Windows 7, XP, Server 2003-2008, Mac OS 10.x
· Switch, Firewall, Router experience
· Microsoft Office 2003-2011.
· Servers and desktop hardware build and repair
· Understanding of networking concepts and equipment
· Standard concepts, practices, and procedures within IT support
· Good oral and written communication
