Niehaus Companies, Inc., a wholesale and retail building materials company operating in four states, has an immediate opening for an experienced, self-motivated Network Administrator at our corporate offices located in Vincennes, Indiana.
The Network Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining our LAN/WAN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience and expertise in an advanced Microsoft Server environment including Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, and Exchange Server. This position will be responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance and support of our network infrastructure and Industry specific ERP software.
Core Skill Requirements:
- Must understand and be able to implement all aspects of Microsoft networking
- Must have experience maintaining Active Directory and Group Policies
- Must be familiar with Cisco router/switch and VPN configurations
- Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter who is highly organized and learns quickly
- Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and written
