Network Expert (CCIE Certified) recruitment
Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements
- Produce daily/weekly client and status reports
- Lead major incident call with 10 or more participant from other technology groups and driving incident to resolution.
- Ensuring quality of services delivered by contractors.
- Create documentation, maintain existing documentation for department.
- Conduct technical knowledge transfer session for junior staffs of the team.
- Collaborate with Paris expert team to ensure the stability of infrastructure, to deliver service to business with minimum risk to infrastructure.
- Coordinate and assist in fulfilling internal/external audit deliverables.
- The expert must take part of the knowledge management and will be considered as the most technically knowledgeable person on all architectures of his/her domain

Skill
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in managing an IT production team and specialized on operations
• Customer service oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated, innovative and energetic
• Able to handle stressful situations and keep a level head
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks and initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of Network (LAN, MAN, WAN, network services, etc) from Cisco and Juniper vendors.
• In-depth knowledge of Loadbalancer technology using F5 and Citrix Netscaler.
• Technical know-how to operate DNS/DHCP/IPAM from QIP or Infoblox vendor.
• Technical know-how to operate Unix/Linux platform with networking.
• Able to create network automation tools using Perl scripting language or VBA or MS Access.
• Able to work autonomously
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Experienced in financial sector would be appreciated
Professional certification
- Cisco Routing Switching professional certification or equivalent. Example: CCNP, CCIP.
A plus if candidate possesses any of the following certification:
- ITIL V3 Foundation or at least familiar with Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Routing and Switching or Service Provider track.
- Juniper Network Certified Associate (JCNIA)
- F5 Big-IP LTM or Big-IP ASM
