New Business Web Sales Executive

Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, flexibly between the hours of 8am-6pm.

Remuneration: Up to £18,000 basic p.a. dependent upon experience and reviewed on an annual basis.

OTE: £30,000

Benefits include: Pension, Health Care, Life Assurance and Loyalty Scheme.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays

They are looking for enthusiastic and committed people to join their growing New Business Team making inbound and outbound telephone calls into companies/ organisations with which they have existing relationships.

Duties:

· Making initial opening call to prospective new customers coming to Chess via the Web
· Prepare sales proposals
· Liaising with team members to maximise the database potential

Experience Required:

· 1 years call centre sales experience inbound/outbound
· Evidence of telephone sales skills
· Computer literate as they use in house software
· Evidence of being able to work under pressure meet sales targets
· Evidence of being able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team

The successful candidate would work from their office in Alderley Edge, reporting in to the New Business Team Leader. Full training will be provided.
