My client is a rapidly expanding North American Retail and Private Bank with a dominant presence down the East Coast of the US.
Reporting directly into the SVP Regional Wealth Leader, they are now looking to add 3 senior private bankers covering the New York and Long Island Metro area, based out of one of their Manhattan locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is more than likely going to triple in headcount and assets under management in this location over the next two years.
Candidates will join the office at the start of a new project and if successful will be tasked with building out their own team of bankers over the proceeding years.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced banker to join an established brand, but a brand where they can really make an impact on, as this is a growth location for their wealth management operations.
Suitable candidates will be given a pipeline of referrals from the bank including active leads, however should currently be employed in a wealth management relationship manager role, and should currently have a personal book of HNW clients.
Compensation will include a very competitive base salary as well as a discretionary and formulaic bonus that is uncapped and can realistically easily be more than 100% of the base.
