Newly Qualified Fund Accountant – Private Equity recruitment
The Opportunity
Our client is a well established management buyout specialist, headquartered in London. Due to continued growth, the firm has a rare vacancy for a Fund Accountant to join their London office. Reporting into the Head of Fund Accounting, you will be handling the preparation of full monthly/annual financial statements for Limited Partnerships, as well as quarterly reports for investors. Other duties and responsibilities associated with the role:
• Ad hoc reporting to investors
• Management fee calculations
• Preparation of tax information
• Monthly interest calculations
Your Profile
The client is looking to meet with candidates who have recently qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), with previous fund accounting experience, preferably in the venture capital / private equity space. To be considered for this role, you must above all have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close team.
