As you will be aware, newly qualified teachers (NQTs) need to serve an induction period, during which they must meet the Core Standards. Therefore, it is vital that you receive help and encouragement as you develop in the early stages of your career. We believe that we can offer you first class support.
Our newly qualified teachers play an active role in shaping the Authority's strategy, so we are confident that it reflects the needs of current NQTs.
