NICU Nurses Needed
I am now recruiting experienced Neonatal NICU nurses to work in Lancashire and Cumbria. Hays are an approved supplier of specialist staff to Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Westmorland General Hospital in Kendal and Furness General Hospital in Barrow. We can offer full time or part time hours with these clients.
For these roles you will be expected to work as a skilled member of the nursing team, providing a high standard of care to children and their families. You must be able to promote family centered care and establish good relationships with children and their families. As a neonatal nurse you will also be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs and to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
Qualifications/Experience needed:
• NMC Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RN Child ) with UK NICU experience
• Relevant courses / experience in NICU
• Evidence of ongoing professional development linked to demonstrate competencies
• Committed to family centered care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and teaching skills
• Administration of IV drugs
•Minimum of 6 months relevant clinical experience
.Proficient in all aspects of NICU work
•Flexible and reliable
