Non Executive Director recruitment
As a member of the Board of Directors you will offer guidance, support, expertise and an objective perspective on the key matters of strategy, corporate governance, risk management, operational management, organisational structure and development, commercial and financial matters.
Responsibilities include:
- To attend at least four formal Board meetings annually.
- To sit on and Chair relevant Board sub-Committees as required.
- To ensure that the organisation has a robust and viable operational strategy including detailed financial plans.
- To monitor the operational performance of the organisation and the executive management.
- To ensure that financial controls and systems of risk management are robust.
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven advisory/committee experience at a senior level and/or senior leadership experience at Board level.lt;
- Strong business acumen with proven experience, skills and knowledge to lead.
- Strong knowledge of FSA, Corporate Governance and Board responsibilities.
