Non-Medical Prescriber Substance Misuse – West Midlands

£28 - £38 per hour

Hays Healthcare are looking for highly motivated Non-Medical Prescribers for ad-hoc, ongoing work in the West Midlands community drug and alcohol services. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading health and care charity who work with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales that are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and antisocial behaviour.

You will be expected to work within agreed treatment and recovery plans to assess and review service users’ prescribing needs, whilst ensuring that service users are fully informed of the treatment options available to them.

All applicants must be either a fully qualified registered general nurse (RGN) or registered mental health nurse (RMN), with appropriate experience working with substance misuse services.
